Daniel from Operawatch reports that Microsoft has blocked right click capabilities on MSN sites for Mozilla browsers...

Microsoft has blocked the right clicking of links on the MSN web site when using the Mozilla web browsers. Left clicking on a link, opens the page in the same tab. It seems as though Microsoft is specifically looking out for Mozilla browsers. This is an attempt by Microsoft to stop people from using alternative browsers. This does not affect the Opera browser, yet.

Though I'm not sure about the -'This is an attempt by Microsoft to stop people from using alternative browsers' part, I'm sure MS didn't like something that was happening, and hence stopped it. Opera, which is not seen as a threat at any level right now, is thankfully not affected. Even if they block Opera off, people can easily change browser identication and continue browsing, though it'll be a shame on Microsoft's part. MS feeling the heat? :P
